In the field,
every week.
Each hectare under management is serviced once per week during growing season.
We’re an asset manager for the land.
Swiss Soil is an asset manager and agricultural fiduciary. A financial asset manager takes responsibility for a client’s portfolio, makes the decisions within a defined mandate, executes them, and is accountable for the outcome. A lawyer acts as a fiduciary for a client’s legal interests and is bound to act in the client’s best interest at all times.
Swiss Soil plays the same role for a vineyard. We take responsibility for the fertility and biological management of the land, execute every part of that work directly. We act in the grower’s long-term interest rather than in the interest of selling more products and services.
One contract. Swiss Soil takes responsibility for every part of fertility and biological management: sampling, lab coordination, interpretation, input formulation and field application.
Approximately CHF 10,000 to 12,000 per hectare per season. The price replaces what growers already spend across six suppliers rather than adding to it.
Growers need no hardware, software subscriptions or vendor coordination.
Before: six categories of spend on one hectare. After: one contract under management.
Swiss vineyard growers today are pulled in many directions by actors whose interests differ from theirs. Analytical labs want them to buy more. Agronomy consultants want them to pay for more hours of advice. Input suppliers want them to apply more fertilizer and pesticides. Biological input specialists want them to buy bottled microbes that rarely survive in the real field environment long enough to enhance soil biology. Digital agronomy companies want them to subscribe to monitoring services and deploying field sensors which they have to buy. Every one of these actors is selling something and none of them are accountable for cultivation outcomes.
Our price replaces existing grower spending rather than adding a new expense category on top of it.
One party accountable for the result.
Under management: one party accountable
Anticipated service range. The contract is priced through a consultative onboarding process rather than a flat rate.
The contract covers fertility and biological management, not every cost of cultivating a vineyard.
Each hectare under management is serviced once per week during growing season.
The grower does not need to buy hardware, install sensors, or subscribe to software.
Full access to AGROSTASIS. Using the platform is optional, not required.
